Bill Gale

Bill Gale is 64 years of age,
and has been married for 42 years and the proud father
of two doctors, and the proud grandfather of four. He
attended New York University and Columbia University
in New York City. He spent six years in the U.S. Army
Reserves as a medic, and was honorably discharged after
his service was complete.
Mr. Gale has devoted his entire professional life to
acquiring and developing real estate. He was involved
with Stonehenge Capital Corporation of New York City
for many years, while Stonehenge was building numerous
shopping centers with Kmart as anchor tenant. These developments
were offered through major securities firms Shearson
Lehman and Thompson McKinnon.
For 17 years, Mr. Gale managed all sales operations for
Lehigh Acres Development, Inc., a NASDAQ-traded company.
The company was responsible for acquiring 64,000 acres
of land (a tract of almost 12 square miles), and the
planning, implementation of infrastructure, construction
and sale of a giant residential community known as Lehigh
Acres. The development, which lies just east of Ft. Myers,
Florida, is now home to more than 45,000 people.
All told, the projects Mr. Gale has been involved with
have been in the billions of dollars.
A world traveler with his wife
Judi, Mr. Gale immediately recognized the enormous potential
for developing residential communities in Costa Rica,
and was convinced he could bring his expertise to acquire
land, and to build homes at a realistic cost, while at
the same time being in complete harmony with the country's
breathtaking and diverse environment. To accomplish his
goals, and bring his vision to life, Mr. Gale brought
together a team of young, experienced engineers and contractors
with global backgrounds.
In a phrase, Mr. Gale builds a new way of life that's
affordable for his clients. His keen eye and negotiating
skills provide an opportunity for the land owner or home
builder to purchase raw land (pre-developed) at a wholesale
price which is usually well below all market comparables.
Mr. Gale believes in providing high quality in the homes
he builds. All work meets or exceeds generally accepted
standards. He believes if you do it right the first time,
you will have a satisfied customer.
